Article 07 - a: Content of the order
The client requests that one or more pieces of jewellery be sent to the address he indicates. Article 08 - a: Common provisions

Delivery is free in France (DOM-TOM included) and in all countries of the European Union. It is provided by secure carriers in tracked packages.

Delivery outside the European Union and French overseas departments and territories
We strongly advise the customer to contact us in the event of shipment abroad or in the overseas territories so that we can advise him on the delivery terms. Delivery is by international secure carrier. In some countries, customs and import fees may apply once the order has reached the destination country. All orders placed with Rebecca's Dreams are for the personal use of clients. Customers of Rêves de Rebecca or the recipients of the packages therefore refrain from partial or total resale of the products.
Article 11: Return of custom jewellery
Any 3D drawing and any jewel made to measure for the client or containing personal modifications requested by the client is not the subject of the satisfaction guarantee. Therefore, the exchange or refund of a custom jewellery is impossible regardless of the country of destination.
Article 12: Impossibility of delivering
It happens that events beyond our control occur, in these cases we undertake to resolve the situation as soon as possible. Are considered force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver war, riot, fire, strike, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied; that these facts take place in the country of the buyer or that of the seller.

Rêves de Rebecca guarantees that the stones set on your jewel comply with the certificate (s) which accompanies your jewel. The weight of the jewel, the size and the weight of the stones can vary from the indications on the product sheet, depending on the stones available on the market when ordering. The customer benefits from a guarantee which allows him to return the defective jewellery delivered in accordance with articles L211-4 and according to the consumer code.
This guarantee cannot be granted to you if the defect which you claim is the result of an abnormal use of the jewel, normal aging or the intervention of a third party on the jewel.

The price indicated in the order confirmation includes the price of the article or articles ordered as well as the agreement concluded by email on a case-by-case basis for transport. Article 14: Payment

Article 14 - b: Payment methods
The payment can be made by bank card marked with CB, cash or by bank transfer. Payment by credit card is made online in a secure environment. The customer’s credit card number is sent directly to and from Rebecca’s Dream Server, from the buyer's bank to the seller’s. The customer's order is validated by Rêves de Rebecca when the bank payment centers concerned have given their payment.
Article 14 - c: Cash payment
Rêves de Rebecca offers a cash payment solution via Western Union.
The customer agrees to pay Western Union fees.
This solution is applicable for any order below 1000 €.
Article 14 - d: Refusal of payment
If the payment is refused, the order is canceled. The customer is notified by email.
Article 14 - e: Archiving and accessibility of contracts concluded online

Article 15 - c: Terms of return
In the event that the customer does not wish to keep the articles or the delivered article, he must return the product to the following address: Rêves de Rebecca, 2 chemin de la Danillonne, 83200 Le Revest les eaux, France. The jewel must be returned new and unworn with its certificate, invoice, original box and packaging. You do not have to provide a reason to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will not suffer any penalty. Please note, custom creations, 3D drawing orders, engraved rings, jewellery and damaged and / or sale items will not be returned, exchanged or refunded. Also note that the protective tab associated with the jewel must be intact upon return (it certifies that the jewel has never been worn). If the tab has been removed or damaged, there will be no refund as for items. The return shipping costs are fully borne by the buyer. Upon receipt, only Rêves de Rebecca authorizes itself the right to accept or not the returns according to the conditions of the conditions of return. A ring that is not the right size is not a reason for return. The size cut offered by Rebecca's Dreams is based on the recipient's size declaration, which commits to the size, see ringer.
Article 15 - d: Refund of the customer
